the Netherlands through the UNDP, Municipality of Tuzla and University Clinical Center of Tuzla. This project has included connection of almost 100,000m2 of space to the district heating. Memorandum of Understanding between the UNDP and Municipality of Tuzla was signed on 5th March 2008. The aim of this extremely important project was to provide more comfortable and cleaner heating of the hospital facility space, patients and staff of the UKC, provide better quality heating as well as the cleaner air above Tuzla and surrounding area. Termination of work of the hospital boiler house presents one of the biggest steps of the municipal administration towards reaching the targeted aim “Tuzla – energy efficient city”. On the occasion of this event significant for cleaner air in Tuzla, the Mayor of Tuzla, Mr. Jasmin Imamović, will receive Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Sweder Ernest Joan Marie baron van Voorst tot Voorst.
