and Sustainable Development. Based on that survey and a call for expressions of interest, a roster (database) of qualified experts has been developed. This roster serves to efficiently identify, select and contract experts for specific assignments under the various project activities. The roster is also made available to local/national authorities for use in their own procurement procedures, but also to other donors and private sector.
